Before becoming a virtual assistant, I worked as an operations manager for an electrical contractor, acting as the director’s right-hand support. I handled everything from ServiceM8 setup and job logistics to quoting, lead management, MCS & OZEV compliance, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR.
That experience means I understand the pressure trade business owners face and what happens when systems aren’t in place.
